Our abstract, "Early HCC Detection Using Multi-Expert Machine Learning on Cell-free Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing Data," has been accepted for poster presentation at The Liver Meeting® 2026 (AASLD), November 5–9 in Denver.
The Liver Meeting® is the largest annual gathering of liver basic, translational, and clinical scientists and clinicians in the world — a must-attend event for anyone working in the field.
The work reflects our core approach at OmicXHealth: combining multi-omics signals from a single cfDNA sequencing run through a mixture-of-experts software architecture, applied here to early hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) detection.
We're now extending the same platform architecture to multi-cancer early detection (MCED), with the goal of detecting over a dozen cancer types from a single blood draw.
Grateful to the team and collaborators who made this possible, and looking forward to connecting with the hepatology and liver cancer community in Denver.
